1. Measuring Cultural Heritage: Indicators for Cultural Heritage Law and Policy Development, Call for Papers

The Santander law review has a CFP for this topic and seeks papers that represent “Interdisciplinary scholarship, empirical research, and policy-focussed analyses on the design, application, and implications of cultural heritage indicators by providing a bridge between cultural heritage law, policy development, and empirical evaluation. It also aims at present- ing insights that can guide scholars, policymakers, and practitioners in measuring, protecting, and promoting cultural heritage in ways that are sustainable, inclusive, and evidence-based.”

2. History of Market for Art and Cultural Goods, Call for Papers

For a Special Issue of the Journal of Cultural Economics, this call seeks papers about “the economic history of markets for visual arts” including, among other things, “colonial-era looting and post-colonial restitution, illicit trafficking in cultural property”.
